Leah Hernandez has been a parishioner at Church of the Incarnation since her entry into the Catholic Church in 2007. She has a passion for bringing youth into a personal relationship with our Lord, and has done so by participating in Confirmation catechesis and starting a monthly Children's Eucharistic Adoration. She attended the University of Virginia and double-majored in Government and Spanish. She graduated Cum Laude from Liberty Law School in 2008, and began her law career later that year. Leah served for five years on the Pastoral Council at Church of the Incarnation, with two years as chair. Leah and her husband Pablo have four children and aspire to the joyfully Catholic lifestyle G.K. Chesterton embodied.

Victoria Lannon is a Catholic wife and mother who has homeschooled her six children for the last nineteen years. She received her B.A. in International Relations with a secondary education certificate from The American University in Washington, D.C. in 1995. She is an adult convert to Christianity, and in 2005 discovered the fullness of faith in the Catholic Church. She and her family joyfully entered at the 2006 Easter Vigil at St. Thomas Aquinas Church. For the past 13 years, she has volunteered in the RCIA program and is currently the head RCIA catechist at Holy Comforter, where she is a parishioner with her husband, Greg, and their children. She is also currently in formation as a secular Discalced Carmelite.

Kate McAleer is a wife and mother, and parishioner at Church of the Incarnation. She is a seasoned strategic communication professional, and is passionate about using her communications skills to convey the Truth and beauty of the Catholic faith. She earned a Masters in Public Communication from The American University, and was an International Business major at James Madison University. Kate is a part-time employee of Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading professional services company for management, technology, consulting, and engineering. She enjoys sharing life with her husband Bob and their two children.

Rev. Msgr. Timothy E. Keeney attended Saint Alphonsus College in Suffield, Connecticut for college (B.A. in Philosophy), Mount Saint Alphonsus Seminary and Washington Theological Union for graduate seminary formation, Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia, the Pontifical North American College and the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He was ordained a priest in June of 1996. After ordination and additional studies in Rome post-ordination he was assigned as a Parochial Vicar at two different parishes. In 2001 Msgr. Keeney was assigned to Saint Anne Catholic Church in Bristol, Virginia/Tennessee as Pastor. It was there that he worked with Burwil Construction of Bristol, Tennessee on his first Design/Build project which was a 4.1 million dollar expansion of Saint Anne Catholic School. Msgr. Keeney was then assigned as Pastor to Saint Bede Catholic Church in January of 2013. In February of that year he received the papal honor of being named a Chaplain to His Holiness with the title of Monsignor. Beginning in late 2014 he helped guide the parish through the building process in Williamsburg. He has served on many Diocesan committees in the past and currently serves on the Priests’ Benefit Committee and Priests’ Advisory Council. Msgr. Keeney has served as pastor of Incarnation since 2019.

Anna Sisman is a wife and mother of five. She and her family attend Church of the Incarnation. Upon graduation from the University of Virginia in Religious Studies and Art History, Anna worked as the Legislative Director for Delegate Rob Bell before starting a family. More recently, she has been a volunteer with youth catechism and also served as the middle school religion teacher at Charlottesville Catholic School. It was in this role of guiding adolescents in the faith that Anna became convinced of the true need for a Catholic high school in a city that doesn't currently offer one.

Jim has been a parishioner at St. Thomas Aquinas Church for the past twenty-five years. He serves as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Thomas for the hospital ministry. He graduated from the University of Maryland in 1979 with a degree in Accounting. He served as a Special Agent in the FBI for almost twenty-nine years. After retiring, he returned to school where he received his Master of Arts degree in History from James Madison University. He helped with the opening of a Cristo Rey High School in Richmond.

Tom has been a parishioner at Church of the Incarnation for 35 years. He is a graduate of Marquette University, B.A., J.D., and Northwestern University, LL.M. Much of his career as an Army lawyer involved legal education. When he retired, he joined Virginia Continuing Legal Education, the bar-sponsored provider of seminars and books for Virginia lawyers, where he served as publications director and later executive director. Tom served as secretary-treasurer of the St. Anselm Institute for Catholic Thought for 20 years and still serves on the Institute′s board of directors. He is excited about the establishment of a Catholic high school in Charlottesville.
